What is included
ACCOMMODATION
Price of the package includes accommodation in spacious villa with beautiful ocean views and magnificent terraces, a large garden and a private swimming pool.
The villa consists of 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms in the main building plus an apartment in separate building offering together the maximum sleeping capacity of 14 persons.
The villa has living room with a fireplace, dining room, 2 fully equipped kitchens, a games room with billiard and a barbeque area, all in the traditional Algarve style.
MANAGER ASSISTANCE
When planning your event and on the day of the event, the villa manager will be at your disposal. We will help you to keep everything running smoothly.
CLEANING
After the stay we provide cleaning, including all outdoor areas.
EVENT PERMIT
Celebrations mean family and friends. You can invite up to 50 guests on your special day (including guests accommodated in the villa and organizational staff).

For events we require refundable security DEPOSIT OF EUR 1,500.
Summary of special events conditions
- Event fee (wedding, birthday party): up to EUR 2,500 based on number of guests.
- Refundable security deposit: EUR 1,500.
- Maximum sleeping capacity: 14 persons (14 adults and children over 2 years).
- Maximum visiting capacity: 50 persons (adults and children over 2 years) including organizational staff (wedding coordinator, parson, cook, waiters, etc.). WHEN THE CAPACITY IS EXCEEDED, THE EVENT WILL BE CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY.
- For events with more than 30 guests we strongly recommend organisation by a professional agency to cooperate with the villa manager.
- The event shall be running on the agreed day only. If held longer, additional fee of up to EUR 2,500 per day may be charged or the event may be terminated.
- The Top Cliff Villa House Rules are applicable for all events (available upon request). Moving furniture or using the indoor sound system outdoors is not allowed.
- To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend having a large garden tent when it rains.
